We work with architects, developers, contractors and engineering firms on the electrical, mechanical and plumbing side of their projects. You send drawings, markups or a Revit model, and we send back coordinated sheets, models and calculations that your engineer can check and issue.
Electrical covers power distribution, lighting and photometrics, low-voltage, solar PV and EV charging, designed to NEC, IECC and AS/NZS 3000. Mechanical covers heating and cooling loads, ducts and ventilation. Plumbing covers fixtures, water, drainage, vent and gas. MEP drafting and Revit modeling bring the three together in one coordinated model.
We work in your templates, to the codes of your region, and we catch conflicts in the model rather than on site.

We coordinate the trades in Navisworks and check the set against a QC list before it leaves us.
