MEP engineering for hotels & hospitality.
Guest rooms repeat, so the design has to get the typical room right and the risers, corridors and back-of-house coordinated around it.

In shortA hotel package gets the typical guest room right and repeats it: room power and lighting, unit and corridor ventilation, risers and hot-water recirculation, with back-of-house, kitchen and EV charging coordinated around it in Revit.

In the USA and Canada, mechanical and plumbing include the calculations. In the other regions they come as design assist, drafting and modeling. Electrical calculations are included everywhere.
Questions about hotels.
What MEP drawings does a hotel project need?
Typical guest-room power and lighting, corridor and stair emergency lighting, unit and corridor ventilation, bathroom and laundry exhaust, riser diagrams and hot-water recirculation, plus back-of-house and kitchen systems, coordinated in Revit.
Why does the typical guest room matter so much?
Because it repeats dozens or hundreds of times. A mistake in the typical room is multiplied across the building, so we settle that room first, then coordinate risers, corridors and plant around it.
Can you design EV charging for hotel parking?
Yes. We size the charger loads, design energy management so several chargers share the existing service where the code allows, and coordinate conduit and panel space so more chargers can be added later.
Can you renovate or extend an existing hotel from as-built information?
Yes. We build an as-built model from surveys and drawings, then design the work against it, so the new systems fit the building as it really is.
Which MEP services do you offer for hotels?
For hotels we provide electrical, mechanical and plumbing design assist, plus MEP drafting and Revit modeling. Typical scope includes guest-room power and lighting, room unit and corridor ventilation load calculations and riser diagrams. The exact scope is agreed before we start.
Where do you provide MEP drafting and modeling for hotels?
In every region we serve: the US and Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Finland and the Middle East. In the US and Canada we also prepare the mechanical and plumbing calculations; elsewhere mechanical and plumbing come as design assist, drafting and modeling. See regions.
