Which standards do you work to for Dutch projects?
The standards and editions you specify, for example NEN 1010 for low-voltage installations, the Bbl (Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving) with the BENG energy requirements calculated to NTA 8800, NEN 1006 for water installations, NEN 3215 for internal drainage and NEN-EN 12464-1 for lighting. Tell us the editions at the start, because they are updated from time to time.
What do you provide for projects in the Netherlands?
MEP drafting and Revit modelling for electrical, mechanical and plumbing (installatietechniek), lighting and photometric analysis in DIALux and AGi32, and electrical design support, in your templates, in metric units and to your drawing conventions.
Do you work to Dutch BIM requirements and ISO 19650?
Yes. Send your BIM execution plan and information delivery specification (ILS), for example the BIM Basis ILS, with your naming rules, families and classification such as NL-SfB, and we follow them. IFC exports are part of the delivery where the project asks for them, and ISO 19650 conventions are used where the project requires them.
Do you cover E-installaties and W-installaties?
Yes. E-installaties (electrical) come as design support, drafting and modelling. W-installaties (mechanical: heating, cooling and ventilation) and sanitair (plumbing) come as design assist, drafting and modelling to your engineer's design.
Can you help with grid congestion (netcongestie) on solar, battery and EV charging projects?
We prepare the electrical design and drawings so the project fits the connection capacity you have been offered: load management so several chargers share one connection, solar PV and battery layouts, and the single-line diagrams and schedules that show it. The connection application and the grid operator's decision stay with you and your consultant.
Do you work in Dutch?
Documents are prepared in English by default. If you need Dutch, tell us before we start and we will confirm what is possible.
